Pricing questions
What does Zneus cost?
One plan with every feature. ₹349 per employee per month if you pay monthly, ₹329 for 3 months, ₹319 for 6 months and ₹299 for a year. Teams of more than 50 employees get a further 10 to 25% off.
How does the bulk discount work?
51 to 100 employees get 10% off, 101 to 200 get 20% off, and more than 200 get 25% off. The discount applies to the whole bill and stacks with the billing period price. For example, 120 employees on yearly billing pay ₹299 minus 20%, which is ₹239.20 per employee per month.
Do I pay for the full period upfront?
Yes. On 3, 6 or 12 month billing you pay for that period in advance, which is why the rate is lower. Monthly billing is paid every month and you can stop at the end of any month.
Can I add employees in the middle of a billing period?
Yes. Tell us and we add them at your current rate for the rest of your billing period. If your team grows past 50, 100 or 200 employees, ask us and we will move you to the bigger discount.
Is anything charged extra?
No setup fee. Live Recording and Team Access (separate logins for managers and team leads) are optional add-ons; ask us for their price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with every feature and no credit card. We help you install the app and set up your company during the trial.
Do you add GST?
Prices shown are before GST. GST is added on the invoice as per Indian tax rules.
